Morning Meditation

As the Autumn season approaches, so does the morning mists. However, you can meditate whenever and wherever you are. You don’t need to be an expert in meditation to do it. You really can just do it.

While watching the Buddhist practice his daily ritual, I was able to meditate myself, sat on my bench, enjoying a beautiful morning in the country. The sun rising, mist all around and the optimism that a new day can bring. Meditation is good for your soul and that must be good for every other soul in this universe.
